The roof replacement was a smooth and pleasant experience. Communication and work was spot on. There has been a delay on gutter replacement due to equipment issues and employee terminations. However, the work has been completed to our satisfaction.

I met Blake at my job, we got to talking about my house, and he offered to come out and give me a free inspection. He came out as soon as I was off the next day and informed me of a lot of little bits of damage I hadn't previously noticed, and immediately helped me sign up and get my claim started. Blake met with the adjuster, went over my damage, and got my insurance to replace my entire friggin' roof. Roofmasters also came through and replaced all my gutters, down spouts, and my garage door. I didn't have to pay a dime outside of my deductible. Blake mediated between myself and the office to make all this pretty much effortless on my part. Pretty dang positive experience with Roofmasters overall.

We had storm damage to our roof and our insurance adjuster was only allowing minimal repairs. We contacted Roof Masters Remodeling for an estimate on the repairs and they came out & noted several more areas of storm damage that the insurance adjuster didn’t acknowledge. They organized another appointment with the insurance adjuster & they all re-evaluated our roof. At the end, they were able to get us a full complete new roof with our insurance claim. VERY THANKFUL we didn’t just settle for the insurance adjuster’s analysis.....Gary S

Sam Harter and his colleagues provided great expertise about what to expect and how to deal with the insurance claim. The roofing crew was exceptional; they did really outstanding work, communicated with us throughout, and did a stellar job cleaning up after the work was complete. The painters did a great job on the interior work; when there was an issue, they immediately made it right and went beyond after that. In a world where it is hard to trust sometimes, I would highly recommend Roof Masters Remodeling to anyone who needs their roof replaced. I expected to pay the full price but Sam knew that our insurance company would probably cover the hail damage we had unknowingly suffered, and he was right every step of the way. It saved us a lot of money. I already told my neighbors about our great experience since they need their roof repaired or replaced. This is one of our best experiences with contracted work on our house.

Roof Masters was great to work with! They were involved in the whole process. From being there with the insurance Adjuster, to working with the home buying/selling process. It was a complex issue that they handled expertly. Nathan knows all that needs to be done and how to handle all the paperwork. Would use again and highly recommend!
