"Our 7 year old walk-in master shower developed a couple cracks in the tiled floor. We needed to address both the potential of leaks as well as the poor aesthetics. We entertained several bids and are very pleased that we chose Deano Tile for the project. From demolition and removal of the knee wall (which opened up the shower) to installation of water proof wall board and underlayment materials, the team took their time to ensure both our and their expectations were met. When we came to decision points we were brought into the discussion and able to communicate with both Dean and his guys to make a timely determination. This kept our project on schedule and on budget. Antonio had a clear vision of how best to lay out the tile to maximize appeal while minimizing small or irregular pieces. He also did a great job tying in the new tile, with the existing, where the shower curb met up with the floor and bathroom wall. All in all my wife and I are very pleased and recommend you consider Deano Tile for your next tile project."

Once he arrived on the job he was knowledgeable and friendly and gave me an estimate right away. We decided to use them with having two different bids. The new trim and paint on the interior made our house look brand new from what it was before. They repaired all the holes and cracked and painted from top to bottom. We also had a new deck put on and it turned out great. His workers really take pride in their jobs and made sure they did it right. From start to finish inside and out with furniture and appliances in the home, They were in and out within a week. "I thought about an addition for several years; then interviewed and received bids from about 6 companies. I wanted a workroom with: * built-in storage cabinets and desk * space for the washer, dryer, freezer, and sauna. * ample space for my projects JB Construction’s bid was reasonable and fair. Joe is professional, honest, responsive, and easy to work with. He finds and hires quality subcontractors, and I am impressed with the work that was completed on my addition. He is hands-on, was involved in the process, and checked in often as the work progressed. He actually did quite a bit of the work himself. I really appreciated how Joe suggested improvements that I never would have thought of. These included enlarging the space from 280 to 320 sq ft, adding a sun tunnel when the skylight wouldn’t work with the roof line, a built-in cabinet where a window was removed, an exterior electrical outlet, and an overhead light in the corner cupboard. Joe was able to salvage and reuse the old brick on the front of the addition. This, along with the two original windows integrated the addition seamlessly with the rest of the house. It was done so perfectly; neighbors have asked where the addition was built. I’m extremely picky and am thrilled with my new addition. It’s lovely, functional, and my preferred room in my house. Joe has a lot of repeat customer jobs and I can see why. This was a great experience and I’m glad I went with him.
