"Excel told they could replace my roof without any leaking. First time it rained it started leaking in 1 spot. They came out next morning and attempted to fix saying it was probably from high winds while raining and put a little more sealant on a joint but now it’s leaking again and it’s not raining that hard nor much wind this time. I will follow up to let everyone know if they get this fixed. My confidence is fading and if you got a new roof from Excel Metal roofing I wouldn’t just assume it’s not leaking, investigate and pop a few panels to see it there are any signs of leaking, just b/c you can’t see it does not mean it’s dry underneath!"

If you're going to use well water to fill your pool, make sure you have an adequate amount of water available and that the water is free of contaminants. A water delivery service may also be able to bring water to refill your pool.

It is certainly an investment on the front end, but homeowners stand to save money on maintenance by switching to a saltwater pool. You will need to replace the salt cell every five years or so, but you will not have to clean your pool as frequently, either.
