Excel told they could replace my roof without any leaking. First time it rained it started leaking in 1 spot. They came out next morning and attempted to fix saying it was probably from high winds while raining and put a little more sealant on a joint but now it’s leaking again and it’s not raining that hard nor much wind this time. I will follow up to let everyone know if they get this fixed. My confidence is fading and if you got a new roof from Excel Metal roofing I wouldn’t just assume it’s not leaking, investigate and pop a few panels to see it there are any signs of leaking, just b/c you can’t see it does not mean it’s dry underneath!

They did good work. Very organized on the job site.

Workers were prompt, courteous and hard workers. The job they did was excellent and the results were excellent. They also meticulously cleaned the job site. The price could not be beat. We got several estimates for the job and Excel beat them hands down.

As the general contractor for my new home, I knew I would use Excel-my parents were extremely satisfied with their new pole barn, and soffits-fascia-gutters and replacement windows for their home. I am so very happy with the products and customer service for my metal roof & vinyl siding. From the initial estiamte through completion of the project, Jonathon & his crew were very professional and easy to work with-they actually did what they said they would do! I have already recommended them several times. I would have definitely used Excel for all aspects of home building, if only they offered those services.

November 2013, we had  a neighbor put a new metal roof on our manufactured home and installed new skylights. Excel totally fixed his major messed up job!! They were a pleasure to work with, fair, courteous, cleaned up after themselves. Biggest regret? Not having them do the job in the first place!!
