"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "Have used Maris in past and have recommended them to othersâ ¦not the cheapest but always have good products and top shelf installers. This time around we dealt with Kyle verse Ken for the initial bid and order set up. He is a true professional and was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Cannot say enough about Antonio and Abraham the installers. They were true craftsman and very hard workers. I was blown away that these two got entire fence installed in a day which allowed us to stay on schedule. Which brings me to the only thing that was troubling for usâ ¦somehow we lost several weeks of schedule which cost us a several good weeks in the pool this year. Assume covid was a factor since all supply chains have been negatively affected but some of it was unfortunately due to staff communication and handoffs. Again, cannot not say enough about how Kyle and the new department manager Josh have made a bad thing a positive. Will use Maris in future!"
