"Sunflower did an excellent job on our auto detail. We purchased a used car, but wanted the inside to feel like new. After purchasing our Angieslist deal for $145, we took the vehicle in for the auto detail. Two days later, we picked the car up and all stains were removed from the cloth seats and carpet (even the trunk was shampooed!. The exterior was waxed and polished. "Excellent results.  Floors were dry vacuumed first then the treatment, followed by scrubbing with a special pad under a floor polisher.  Carpet looked cleaner and what little moisture remained dried quickly.  They did not move any heavy furniture but focused on high traffic areas.  Best these floors have looked since they were new 10 years ago.

"Our definition of 'heavy housecleaning' and theirs differ. My definition of 'heavy' means scrubbing the floor, not mopping, getting in the corners of the floor and woodwork, cleaning the top of the fridge, etc... and using a dustrag and endust,or something similar, rather than just a duster. I can run a mop and a duster over things. I was hoping for a more thorough cleaning. When I suggested they could clean the woodwork on the stairs they responded that they had already dusted it. They had no wood cleaner, only an all purpose cleaner so I gave that up. I don't know. I've never had a cleaning service so maybe it was a matter of communication. I finally gave up and let them go after 3 hours. It doesn't take long to dust if one doesn't actually pick stuff up and dust it, clean a floor if one doesn't actually get down and scrub it or clean woodwork with a duster. As I said - maybe I just didn't know how housecleaning services work. They were very nice."
