Small jobs welcome

Hi! Im Kaitlynn. I began in the industry at the age of 16, cleaning houses with my friend in her sister's business. I found my passion for cleaning and later in life decided to return as an independent cleaner! I started my business last year and have a few clients whom I clean for regularly, as well as plenty of deep and move in/out cleans under my belt. I've been praised for my attention to detail and I'm hoping to make some more homes sparkle! ✨️

"I purchased a Big Deal for 2000 sq. ft. of carpet cleaning.  This was enough to clean my basement carpet and all of the second floor.  After purchasing the service, I was quickly contacted by the company and an appointment was set.  The crew showed up on time and began their work.  They worked quickly and efficiently and finished in less than 3 hours.  The carpets look great and smell great.  Because of the process they used, I was able to move the furniture back and use the rooms within a couple of hours.  I would definitely recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.

"First, they are located way off the beaten path and not easy to find.  We had a 9am appointment and they did not open the doors one second early.  They stated it would take 3 hours and volunteered to taxi me somewhere.  They were very friendly, very courteous, and explained everything they were going to do.  They did pressure me to buy dent-removal and buff-and-polish service which I refused.  They drove me to a local Panera and picked me up three hours later.  The car was incredibly clean.  They accidentally drove it through a mud puddle when they were driving it out and was made by the boss to re-clean it which took another 20 minutes.  I was happy with the service and the people.

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

To properly maintain natural stone surfaces, use pH-neutral cleaners for regular cleaning and avoid acidic substances that can cause damage or etching. It is also important to reseal the surfaces periodically, especially for porous stones, to protect the finish, maintain appearance, and ensure longevity.

Professionals use HEPA vacuums, industrial-strength cleaners, and microfiber cloths for effective cleaning without damaging surfaces.

After carpet removal, prepare for new flooring by assessing the subfloor. You will want to address any imperfections to create a smooth and level base for installation. Remember, proper subfloor preparation is crucial for optimal new flooring results. Consider repairing and replacing damaged areas for a stable foundation. For both wood and concrete subfloors, consider sanding to remove any debris or adhesives remaining thoroughly.

Most experts agree that the best thing with which to clean epoxy floors is a diluted mixture of ammonia and warm water. You can also use mild dish soap diluted with warm water or a degreaser (such as Simple Green or Goof Off) diluted with warm water. Some soap-based cleaners can leave a haze. If you notice this, further dilute the mixture with water or use a different detergent that does not leave a film. You should never use harsh cleaning chemicals, any type of acidic compound (such as vinegar or citrus-based cleansers), or harsh scrubbers like steel wool or hard bristle brushes.

Like any other type of flooring, you will need to keep up with regular maintenance on your epoxy floors to keep them in the best shape possible; however, it is not like hardwood floors inside a house, which require special care and more consistent maintenance.

Just make sure you use the right cleaning tools and solutions. Avoid using harsh tools like scrub brushes or hard-bristled brooms. You should also skip cleaners that are highly acidic, including white vinegar.
