"Elliot Moles was super informative and explained everything to me in layman’s terms. Normally, I have experienced where men will only talk to my husband about the process and costs but Elliot made sure that he included me in the conversation. Also, our animals loved him!"

"They were responsive to every call, did the work professionally and cleaned up nicely.  We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.  We had two leaning columns in the back yard that are now straight and piered so they will never shift again.  They then removed a large area of cracked cement and relayed.  It looks fantastic!

"The owner, David Gurwell, took time to listen to my explanation of the problems, offered alternative solutions if I did not want to use his company and was as helpful as could be. Due to that, I opted to have him do an estimate for me and decided to go with his company. His staff was on time, hard working and competent.  They went out of their way not to track dirt into the house and to clean up after themselves every day.  They were cheerful, courteous and a pleasure to have around.  They did a beautiful job and so impressed my son that he plans to have them redo one of his bathrooms. I would not hesitate to call them for future work and definitely recommend them.

Egress Windows questions, answered by experts

If improperly installed, an egress window can compromise your foundation’s structural integrity, so it’s important to work with a pro to ensure your foundation remains in good shape. Any money you may save on a DIY egress window installation may cost you in the long run if your foundation is damaged in the process.

Most modern egress windows installed in basements open outward into a window well, although some older homes have in-swing windows. Egress windows, like casement windows used in other parts of the home, such as bedrooms and bathrooms, may open inward, and these windows are often larger than outward-opening windows.

Yes, with modifications or the use of adapter kits for tricky placements.

They meet local code demands for escape routes, lighten basements, and aid in reducing overall humidity.

Yes, you can always make an existing window bigger, but the job complexity varies widely depending on the location of the window and the framing around it. Exterior walls are always load-bearing, so making windows wider will require structural changes that make for a more complex but doable project. Making windows taller often won’t require structural changes.
