"Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I do apologize for the changes in time. We were moving our physical operations the week this work was performed and so our schedule was a bit more chaotic than normal. I am happy to hear that in the end we were able to perform the work as you requested in a manner that met or exceeded your expectations. Thank you again!"
"Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Wood rot can sometimes be difficult to detect until we actually take the window apart and begin the process of replacing the glass. Once we find wood rot, all work related to replacing the glass must stop and the wood must be replaced before we can put anything back together again. Although we try to treat everything as professionally as possible, there is sometimes paint touch up that that is required and that is outside the scope of our work. We appreciate all feedback and view it as an opportunity to review our processes and procedures. Going forward we will make more of an effort to notify homeowners of the potential for wood rot to be sure that they understand what is and is not included in the pricing we provide. I do hope that you will consider us again for any future projects."
"Thank you for your feedback!"
"Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate your business and look forward to working together in the future."
"Thank you for taking the time to review Fountain Glass. I wanted to respond to a few of your questions. Our lead time on getting you your frame back was caused by a vendor delay. We ordered the glass as soon as you gave the go ahead. We got a delivery ticket from or vendor, but couldn't find the glass in our warehouse. That size and thickness stands out, but it was no where to be found. After we spent significant time trying to locate it, the vendor went ahead and sent a replacement. That "replacement" was scheduled to be here a few days later, but it was delayed by almost another week. The day it arrived we put the glass in your frame and called you indicating it was ready to be picked up. We have to order tempered glass from a vendor. We typically get pretty good time service on a piece of glass like this, but in this instance there were a couple of delays that made the delivery time feel overly onerous. I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and for any communication that was lacking. We do hope we can continue to provide service and support for any future glass needs."
"Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are very appreciative of your repeat business and your kind words. I hope we can continue to work together on any glass needs you may have in the future. Thanks again!"
