A hair above market rate, but they seemed reputable and so I agreed. But when the day came, the boss came with the worker. In classic fast talking BS artist fashion, the boss started talking about how we clearly needed to use more powerful chemicals. How for us, he will charge us cheaper. He refused to quote the upcharge until he asked for payment. And the final charge was just under 400$, WELL over market value for a home of my size even with the ad-ons that were pushed into the deal. To be clear, the worker did a great and thorough job. If his boss hadn’t decided to mess with me, I would have given them a fantastic review for the quality of their work and their customer service.
