They were able to get me on the schedule quickly. Wendy arrived as scheduled. She was very professional and did a great job to clean up a very dirty house. Also, their reminder and billing systems are very good. I will work with them again.

AWESOME!!!! Susannah and Wendy did an INCREDIBLE job!! Susannah came to our home and discussed everything we needed done for our deep clean. She gave us an estimate and we scheduled for the following week. They were on time and professional—our home looks wonderful!!!

We're very conflicted about this company. They did a fantastic job in their cleaning. And we are so pleased with how gorgeous everything looks and how thorough they were. But their pricing and professionalism is concerning. They came to get a tour of our house and gave us a price for the cleaning. We scheduled the cleaning for 2 weeks later. But then they raised the price towards the end of the day they actually came to clean because it was taking them longer than they thought it would. We shouldn't have to pay for their poor estimation skills. They also didn't finish in the time they thought they would and had to come back a second day which was a bit of an inconvenience too. Yes, we had just had our air ducts cleaned (which is one of the reasons we had them come), but it turns out our air ducts weren't really even that dirty so they can't say it was because our house was much dirtier than when they came for the estimate (and more importantly they were aware that they were coming after an air duct cleaning). And yes we do have 2 dogs as well, but again this is something they knew when they gave us the price. And of course our house was dusty and such because we didn't cleaned since we knew they were coming (i.e. not dusted, vacuumed, cleaned the bathrooms, etc.). So they need to work on better estimating time and workload when giving a price so prices don't suddenly change on the client (or set the expectation upfront that the price could change once they're finished). More concerning, though, is that one of the workers (not the owner) started to complain a lot around us about how she didn't want to clean anymore and was tired, etc. and wanted to be done which makes you wonder how thorough of a job she was doing at that point. And then, when they came back the second day to finish up, we heard them talking about how much our house used to stink and how much better it smelled. That's a bit insulting and something you just don't say around your clients regardless of how you feel. So would we hire them again? We're not sure. We like that they are locally owned and not a big franchise. And even with the last-minute price change, it is still somewhat reasonable for the quality you get. The actual work done was excellent, but the other aspects are troubling. (I went ahead and put "No" for hiring them again. Wish they had a "maybe" option!) (For reference, we have a 2 story house with finished basement. 3 full baths and 2 half baths)

Love love love when these guys come & clean my house. Started out as a “spurge”. I’ve been so happy with it and it has been really reasonable, that I treat myself once to twice a month! It has really decreased and improved my life & hectic schedule. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about the quality of work done today by Stellar Home Services. After a series of home repairs, our house was really dirty and dusty. Our grandbaby (and parents) arrive tomorrow for their first visit so we were really concerned to get it childproofed and clean. It is wonderful to have the whole house sparkling clean at one time - much better than I could have done - like a super spring cleaning. Everyone from Stellar who worked on the project did an outstanding careful job. The entire crew was excited to help us. I will definitely hire them again - we have another dusty repair job scheduled which will need to be cleaned, and then hopefully we can set up a regular schedule. I highly recommend their work.

Susannah was able to fit us in on very short notice for a move out clean, and not only did she get it done in time, she got it done well! The house looked incredible; the payment was easy (and under budget).

Very well. So pleased, as always, with the standard of cleaning and all the details. They are friendly, professional, and trustworthy, and are always willing to do the things I ask for. I work from home, and so I’m usually in the house when they clean. They are flexible to work around what I’m doing that day. I have my house cleaned every two weeks. I always look forward to a fresh, clean house after the ladies have been through and done their magic.

Very well at times. However, items were broken that could not be replaced and when a concern was brought to the owner’s attention they agreed to a credit for our NEXT clean. As soon as we paid for the current clean it was decided they were too busy to continue cleaning our home. This is a good service for a quick surface clean, does not deep clean bathrooms, floors, or baseboards as agreed to.

"Unfortunately this review was written as a spiteful attack and does not contain full or accurate information and we are always open to client feedback. The one item that was broken was a chipped coffee mug that we gave full compensation for even though we could have left it and not mentioned it at all. The "concern" she refers to was the master shower which would have needed bleach (which we don't use) and a long period of detailed work with a toothbrush and Q tips. All this would have needed to be done at an extra charge however we agreed to give a discount since she was dissatisfied. We showed up for the discounted clean and this client failed to provide a mode of entry and was unable to be reached. We were unable to reschedule the clean due to our staff and schedule being maxed out for the holidays."

The associates are friendly and professional. The products they use are high quality and they do a phoenomenal job. Ours is not an easy clean with a dog and long haired cat. Trustworthy.

I started having them clean regularly. Susannah, Michael, and their team are very thorough and professional. I especially appreciated their making a special trip to return something that had been misplaced. I like being able to communicate via text. I'm glad I'm working with them!
