We have 2 small pomeranians and they had urinated in various areas of the house over time (hallway, dining room, Great room, and basement). Household cleaners weren't cutting it anymore to get out the stains and odor. I am very picky about having stains on the carpet or on our upholstery. I had also spilled some paint primer in an area of the carpet. Our main hall gets a lot of use and I had them clean that as well as our 2 main sets of stairs. Christian and Tom came out and were very professional and did a fantastic job getting the stains and odors out. Our carpet looks wonderful again. I was so happy with their service that I had them clean our upholstered kitchen chairs, which now also look terrific. They were very reasonable in cost, friendly, and "knew their stuff". I highly recommend them.
