Finished on time but spring was to short and came loose again in 2 months (should have been 10 loops not nine). How can a professional make that mistake? Recliner is 15 years old and old springs and clips show no rust. The new spring and clips used show rust already. I consider this a terrible job!

Extremely well! Their work is beautiful. I had had the sofa re-covered before elsewhere and work Ramos did was superior. I chose an intricate pattern for the sofa fabric and they matched the pattern across the back and on the cushions. They also rebuilt the frame and polished the wood trim on the back and arms. It's basically a new sofa. The recliner, done in a striped fabric, is also perfectly matched and looks much more expensive than it was originally. The work wasn't cheap, but I chose pricey fabrics. They were polite and totally professional. They clearly care about their work. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

They redid a loveseat with fabric we provided (bought online--much cheaper and greater selection). They don't always answer the phone or return calls promptly, but they came right when they said they would, both when they picked up the loveseat and when they returned it. The work was excellent and at a good price. I've used them before and would again.

They did a beautiful job, and were well-versed in different upholstery finishing techniques. Huge selection of fabrics - 2 walls of sample books in their shop to look through at our leisure, no pressure to make any decisions.

I think it was very professionally done and it looks wonderful! All workers were very professional.

I had 8 dining room chairs that were in dire need of a makeover.  The foam was practically nonexistent because when you sat in them you could feel the wood frame.  I was given two different kinds of foam to choose from as a replacement. I chose the one that wasn't quite as firm as the other.  I already had fabric so I didn't have to purchase any.  They did a FANTASTIC job!  And it took them less time than originally expected.  My chairs look brand new and are very comfortable to sit in.  I couldn't be more pleased.

Ramos Upholstery made my wife a new and better supported seat cushion for her comfortable chair.  The foam is much firmer and a better fit for her chair and the synthetic leather upholstery allows her to slide in and out of the chair easily.  He also created new seat cushions and ottoman cushion for our sun porch's rattan furniture with attractive indoor/outdoor fabric.  They are durable and look fantastic.

We were absolutely amazed!  Not only did they do a superb job, they did it in the time agreed upon at the time we took it in; and at the price they set.  They've done a professional job (I used to be co-owner of a furniture manufacturing plant....I KNOW good furniture building when I see it!), and have kept us apprised of progress.
I'd bought the upholstery, planning to do the job myself.  Then, I fell, breaking my arm in two places.  My husband had this done as my Christmas gift!  :)  Lovely man!
I couldn't be more pleased with this company, and if I need reupholstering in the future, they'll be my first choice.

The price was reasonable. They did an amazing job! They did the work in a timely fashion. I have nothing negative to say about them. They even picked up the furniture and dropped it off when it was done.

e had that I could order) I told him that I was looking for fabric for one chair and had the fabric already for the other he said no problem when I bring them in we can go over a time frame that would allow me to continue to search to find what I wanted without holding him up, professional and considerate. I did not have the work done only because one of the chairs was to badly damaged from being in storage ( climate control was the after thought-horrid turn out), but when I find me another chair with the same or similar shape to the one that still needs the work he will be the person I go to, he was very affordable and really understanding to what I wanted/needed.

I dropped the barstools off at his house/shop and picked them up later at the same location. However, I believe his business has moved to Kansas City, Kansas since that time. I would highly recommend Ramos Upholstery.
