I am a landlord with several properties. I have two major complaints with this vendor after years of use. First, they have gone to the wrong property for service by not listening to the service address requested. They don't have the software to store multiple address and have sent repairmen accordingly. Second, their phone service is terrible. Multiple cell phone calls were unable to establish a connection that worked. As a final result, I used a land line and it to was bad and after being on hold for ten minutes, I cancelled the latest appointment and will not use them again. Their service tech's are pretty good, if you can get them to the correct property.

Think twice before hiring. The service representative did not want to clean my washer and dryer, which was the service I signed up for and paid $99. He wanted to leave after 25 minutes after performing a cursory functions check. I had to insist he clean the dryer, which he did so begrudgingly. He claims he vacuumed the dryer, but he did not bring a vacuum with him. He claims he cleaned the inside of the washer, but he did not open the machine. The checklist from Sears is very long and I don't see how it could be done in less than one hour. The service rep was not very friendly..no hello, thank you or goodbye.

Spent about ten minutes with machine. About a week later I had to move the machine to get to a plug behind it. I noticed that there was a build up of lint on the machine. I decided to pop off the front service panel to check on the cleaning. The area was full of lint and had not been touched by the service tech. Very disappointing. See photos

The technician was on time and very professional. He described what he was doing/repairing to me in terms I could understand. He diagnosed the problem quickly but did not have the parts with him. He promptly left and went to a local store to pick up the parts (he was only gone for 20 minutes). He fixed the problem and my dryer worked properly. As he was leaving, he asked me if any other appliances needed looking at. I told him that the light in my refrigerator would not work even though I changed the bulb. He looked at it and fixed it in less than a minute (for free). I also told him that my dishwasher was leaking water from the bottom every time I ran it. He looked at that and told me what the problem was and gave me advice on how I could fix it (also for free). I thought this was above and beyond what he was there to do and I really appreciated it and told him so! BTW, I did take his advice as to how to fix my leaking dishwasher and it did stop the leak! Excellent service!

After SIX VISITS BY REPAIRMEN, we still have minimal ice on the ceiling of the fresh food compartment. The freezer seal has been fixed. Not happy with this company, in whom we've trusted all these years. Quite a disappointment.

I think he did a pretty good job. Just one person came to complete the service. I believe they actually had to come back a second time because they didn't have something they needed, so overall it took 3 hours. It was clean when they left it. They did a good job explaining what was wrong and what was suggested to fix it. My first impression was good. He was nice.

They kind of bombed on punctuality. I like them because they come out and work on your lawn mower, with other places you have to take your lawn mower to them or they'll pick your mower up for an extra fee. That's why they're more competitive because they'll come out for less and you're not inconvenienced and having to either take it to the dealership or having them to come and tow it to their facility and charge you to tow it there.

Did nothing except check the dryer vent, which was cleaned after second trip and not that dirty, and told us that the high temperature cutout switch was part of the electric heater element and that we needed to order the whole assembly. Made an appointment for two weeks from visit.

Took unit to Sears repair center and was told they do not do those repairs anymore. They sent me to KC Lawn Mover Repair. This was one of the two repair centers they recommended. I dropped off the unit and waited. After two weeks I called back to see it the estimate was done; left message on answering machine and had no call back. Went in person to shop and was told repairs would be done in two more weeks. Four weeks went by and no calls. Went to the shop again and was told my air compressor was fixed. Took it home and unit is not repaired. Now I have to find another shop to really repair my air compressor.

Came out the first time December 19th and the dryer ran for two days and then stopped drying. Serviceman came back December 28th and replaced the same part (a thermostat) and suggested we clean the dryer vent, which we did. Dryer did not even dry one load before going out again. Scheduled third visit for January 4th but technician unable to make it due to the snow. Sears wants to reschedule for January 11th. Totally unacceptable. Servicemen were nice and professional, however.

Had to call back a 2nd time because repair wasn't done properly. Technician left parts hanging instead of mounted as they were originally. Freezer failed again just after the repair warranty period (90 days).

There's a design flaw on the maker so I bought a warranty.

They are very good, the only downside is it took a week and half for them to come out. I will use them again if needed.
