There was one small hiccup. He didn’t replace the attic access panel (because I asked him to look at some other things) but I didn’t notice until after he left. I tried but couldn’t move it. He was halfway home when I called him but he came back and took care of the panel. He offered to adjust the price or give a discount for future services. "The wall did not need to be stabilized. They don't repair anything they destroy. They did a terrible job taking out drywall in the bathroom. Did not repair where they tore the paper on adjoining drywall. They didn't cut any drywall that would have made repairs much easier, they literally ripped it out by hand. They did something to the shower enclosure so that the doors don't close properly. The dust from digging out concrete was a terrible mess, they didn't clean that up. And - very expensive."
