"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

We had just returned home from vacation where we had been riding our motorcycle in the heat for pass two days so you can imagine how tired and hot we were when we finally got off the bike and came into the house..
We hadn't turned our air on yet this year but last year had to have someone called Tim over twice to replace a capacitor and the second time to fix his screw ups so we thought just in case we would not want to turn the air on and not be here to watch it.. Just as we thought when we flipped the switch tonight, the A/C did not work.. The house was a whopping 93 degrees... and the A/C was blow hot air, actually took the house up another 2 .degrees before we realized it.. We were only listening to make sure the fans were running because problems in the past were they weren't...
I called Bob at 7pm - 730pm on Sunday and he said he would have his tech over tonight, his tech called me at 8pm said he had just left his appointment and was headed over to see what he could do to get us up and running.. He was here within a few minutes, came to door took his shoes off before coming in and asked to see the thermostat and turned in on went out and looked at unit and within a few minutes he knew what was wrong.. He found the reverse valve unplugged.. He had us up and running PDQ..
The tech was very professional!! Would give him an A+..
He had not had a good day yet he was very nice and polite to us.. We would use him again..
(Tech had been stung by a wasp earlier and since allergic his face had swollen.. That was reason for bad day)

"I had a problem with a new room which we had added onto the house. The water pipes going out into this room had frozen twice. Called a plumber who recommended we call someone trained in insulation work. Called Insulation Pro's who came out the very next day and after crawling down and into the new space knew right away what the problem was. Problem was caused by a poor job insulating the room that the building contractor had insulated himself. Insulation Pro's had a team of workers come out the very next day and re-insulated the failing area. No problems since and I would recommend these folks to anyone needing insulation services. "We were very pleased with the work performed by Sharp-Long.  Initially we had someone scheduled to come out and perform annual maintenance on our 20 year-old furnace.  Because of the age of the furnace, the maintenance person had to reschedule in order to have the tools on hand for the test.  He did warn us that due to the age, a leak could be detected requiring replacement of the furnace. 
When he came back out, a leak was detected.  Although it was December, he did perform a check on the air conditioner to see if we would qualify for any rebates.
He was able to schedule for one of the company's sales people to come out two days later to discuss our options.  We opted to replace our furnace, a/c, humidifier and hot water heater as well as install an air filtration system and zone heating/cooling for our two story house.  The company came out the next day to begin installation.  The owner came out to start the job and then the work crew performed the installation.  The workers were very courteous, put down drop clothes and completely cleaned up after they left.  They went through their work with us and reviewed the performance of the new thermostats with us as well.  The new equipment we purchased included a 3-year maintenance plan and we look forward to continuing our relationship with this company.
