"After my Father passed away, and while I was getting ready to sell his house, I noticed the floors did not seem level and they seemed to be getting increasingly worse. I called Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement to see if they could fix the problem. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came to the house the very next day and diagnosed the problem.  He concluded that the main structural support beam was a rotting wood beam and that it needed to be replaced with an engineered approved steel beam that could support the weight of the floor. I decided to take his advice and proceed. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came out the following week and performed the work in a timely and professional manner.
Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement leveled the floors with the steel I beam and concreted steel column posts in the basement floor to help support the floor. The floors are perfectly level now.  The team cleaned the job site and were very polite.

"Perma Jack recently installed a perimeter drain system in my basement. As an interior designer I have worked with many different contractors on projects large and small. They are absolutely one of the best contractors that I have ever worked with. The office staff, salesperson and crew are all polite, responsive and professional. This was a big job that involved using jack hammers to break out concrete and what seemed like an endless parade of wheelbarrows hauling new concrete back in. "I used Invogreen in 2014 and it was wonderful.  The workers were professional and I had them return to weed, mulch and place a barrier in my backyard garden.  This year, I expected the same quality of work, but was disappointed.  First, they delivered the wrong mulch.  In addition, the worker removed groundcover that I had planted in an area that had never been mulched before.  I was told that they would not be removing weeds, so I still don't understand why my groundcover was removed.  They eventually brought the correct mulch, but covered several of my plants with the mulch.  In addition, I paid for the additional time for the wrong delivery and was never compensated for the loss of my groundcover.  In short, the level of professionalism and quality of work was not the same this year.
