Everything went well. They were prompt, polite, and professional. They provided their own water supply in their truck. I noticed they took special care to make sure their equipment didn't bang into the walls and furniture. They did a good job of moving things to get behind and under furniture. One of them stapled the loose edges in place, and the other cut the loose strings. After they left, everything looked really nice and clean, and even the wettest items were completely dry within 24 hours.
They were punctual, with a courtesy call 30 minutes before they got there. Three people cleaned the house (including Ashley). They were all courteous, friendly, respectful of our possessions, and even worked well with the dogs! The whole cleaning took about 3 hours, which was pretty fast for our 2,000 square foot house. They did a very high-quality job, even getting all the dog hair.
Due to the circumstances--short notice, getting lost, and the mis-understanding, I may have them back. The owners are very friendly and for the most part did a really nice job on the house. Again, due to the mis-understanding, they gave me a discount on the oven so they were willing to satisfy the customer.
While the overall rating is a "B" and they were late for this appointment, It's likely I would use them again. Worth the second chance.

After posting a review that I wasn't able to use the service prior to the expiration, I received a call offering to perform the service. The team came out and spent 6 man hours cleaning. The cleaning was okay -- nothing out of the ordinary however I shrugged this off blamed my house (it has been a while since we did a deep clean). With this in mind, I asked US Clean to put us on their schedule every other week.
Since this initial visit, we've had US Clean out a few more times. The second visit I asked them to clean a guest bathroom. Upon review of the work it was mediocre. I expected the floor to be scrubbed clean, dust removed from the toilet roll holder, baseboards dusted, etc. They surface cleaned which is nice yet not worth the money charged.
I decided to NOT call and complain as I wasn't specific when I asked them to clean the bathroom. So... the next visit I asked for specifics and targeted the work to one room...the kitchen.
I asked them to focus on JUST the kitchen area -- floor (baseboards) to ceiling. Specifically I asked them to give the outside of the cabinets and above the cabinets a deep cleaning to remove the dust,grime, etc., clean the counters and outside of appliances. Given that there were 2 people I expected the kitchen to look brand new or at least sparkle.
I am disappointed to say that it didn't. They didn't do any of the baseboards, the cabinet faces had visible g*** still attached. (one spot I cleaned myself to make sure it wasn't a ever-lasting stain. it vanished...just g***)
I called the company and told them I wasn't satisfied. They came back to my house the next day. I showed them areas they had missed cleaning (visible dust on the top of the cabinets). They did clean. However, and this is the most disappointing part - they wiped the dust off of the cabinets then didn't clean that dirt up. I found remnants of discarded dust bunnies all over my counter tops, on top of the stove vent, and against the baseboards around the kitchen. The end result - I have chosen to discontinue my relationship with US Clean.
"Thank you for your input, we value all of our clients opinions as it only helps us improve our company. When we first met, I explained that it would take many cleanings to get the house to a point where a maintenance plan could be put into place. I wish we could have cleaned more times, as I think we could of done some good for your families home environment. We were only able to come a few times, and only work on main area's before the client decided to cancel her service. As far as the last time we were there, I did put a time limit on all of the cleans because we could have spent days there, and we did what we could do in that amount of time. In response to the dust bunnies on the floor and countertops, we did pick up the clumps of dust that we got on the floors from the top of the cabinets, and we wiped the countertops down before we left. We were asked specifically not to clean the floors and just work on the kitchen cabinets. I wish we could of made you happy, but I understand that I can't please everyone. We will continue to strive to do our best for each client, and home. I hope that you find a service that your are happy with. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you. From this experience, I will continue to work harder to set reasonable expectations before we start any job, so our clients will know what kind of results thay can expect from the level of soiling in their home. This is a very persoal business that I run, and it is sometimes very hard to explain to someone what to expect, without insulting them with the lack of cleanliness and maintenance on their home. I want clients to feel comfortable and at ease with us in their home, and it is not a good idea to start out a relationship with an insult. I will do my best to develop a strategy to use when I run accross a similar situation. Thank you again for your input."
"Thank you for posting the review and we are sorry you didn't feel absolutely impressed. We did try very hard but sometimes it's difficult to get everything in one shot. We are a little different then other cleaning companies by the way of catering to specific needs. This sometimes makes it difficult to arrive at your house at the exact time agreed upon. Sometimes clients ask for extras or we may see something that needs done and it may take a little longer than usual but sometimes we are early. We view it as, going the extra mile. You stated that you could do what we did in less time, to that I say, we are always looking for great employees to add to our team.
