Unfortunately, ceiling fans that require a ladder (typically over 10ft) are not included due to safety hazards for our workers. For our pet owners such as yourself, we have noticed that it does not take much for fur/hair to accumulate after a cleaning, especially on bedding and cloth furniture. For that reason our team did go over and beyond by cleaning the shield on your portable fan as well as moved your stove and swept/cleaned behind it as a courtesy. As for the key.
