We are a small home improvement business that started in 2004 with just myself. Now 10 years later we've grown and expanded with two crews, two office employees, and also expanded the services we offer as well.

Aything that has to do with the house. Light plumbing, light electrical, rehab basements, trim, roofing, siding, doors, windows, flooring. When I walk away from a job, I'm able to put my name on it. I've been building things and working on houses my whole life.

We have been in Business since 2012 but have over 13 years in the drywall trade. We run a dependable 3 man crew. Our payments are simple. Pay for the materials up front. That would be the first payment. The 2nd payment would be after the drywall is hung and ready for tape. The 3rd payment is upon completion of all work. Smaller jobs we only require one payment at the end of the job.

You can enclose an open carport, however, there are several things to consider before opting to do so. You'll want to check local building codes and permit requirements before proceeding to make sure it’s legal. While you can sometimes stick-frame a carport enclosure, pre-fab kits are also available. Remember that you'll likely need to meet concrete slab regulations and provide lighting inside the structure. Both of which could substantially drive up costs.

While most house creaking is expected to some extent and under normal conditions, it's not a good idea to ignore new noises. If other problems accompany the creakiness, like cement cracks, wobbly or loose stair components, or moving trimwork, it's time to look into the potential for foundation trouble or other structural problems.

The best way to know if your beams still provide adequate support is to consult a structural engineer. Structural beams can crack and even sag over time but may still be structurally sound. Keep an eye out for signs of issues in your home, such as sagging floors or ceilings, major cracks in your ceiling and walls, or signs of water damage around a weight-bearing wall.

Regular sealing, repainting, and checking for wood rot or pest infestations help maintain longevity.
