"My wife and I were very happy with the professionalism, courteousness and friendly demeanor exhibited by all of the Premier tradesmen assigned to our project. ?They were quick to explain what they were doing and what would ?be done next. ?We ran into a snag on our part when the paint chosen for the basement walls did not look as we had expected. ?They did not blink when my wife changed the paint, fortunately we were able to use that basement paint on another project. ?We used a separate company to install flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. Coordinating the two companies was extremely easy to do. ?The office staff was very accommodating and able to schedule work with little delay. ? My wife and I both work outside our home, so the Premier crew was usually gone when we returned home in the evenings. ?If we had any questions about what was happening they were happy to take time the next morning to answer and they made sure we understood what they were doing and why. ? All of the work they did was done right the first time and it all looks great.
