"I live in South West MI, in a high water table area. I had my basement waterproofed. I had the interior floor cut out and had drain tile, a sub pump and dry well installed. The sales professional for my area was Chris Hammac. He helped me with the process and understanding what I was getting. The company matched another quote I received, had a lot better warranty and added some additional work the other quote wouldnâ t do. The crew that came out ( Tyler, Justin, Clayton, Josh , and Draven), were very fast, they did the whole job in about 4.5 hours.( about 96 ft of drain tile, and a 30 ft dig to the dry well they installed) They did a great job, I couldnâ t have asked for more. "I was immediately called by Commercial and Home Services Unlimited minutes and within an hour and a half there at my house. Charles was very professional and asked what work I was wanting to get done. Job was completed and approximately 2 to 3 hours and Charles came in and explained every question I had and explained what he had done which was replaced drain shoe pipe and and other pipes leading out to the air vent and waste line. •        Frank's team at Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement identified that my cracked basement wall and fireplace foundation had settled 1 1/2" along one side of my home, and needed 12 piers installed to lift and stabilize the foundation to prevent further cracking.    Frank provided a competitive estimate for pier jacking, based on other pier jacking I had had done on a front porch and laundry room slab, but he used a far more sophisticated technology than the other company I had used in the past.
•        They first removed a 560 sq foot cedar deck, then excavated with a Bobcat down to the base of the foundation wall.   The gentleman running the excavator operated with surgical precision, leaving a clean wall and trench for the next phase.   They preserved the shrubs I wanted saved, and the only ancillary damage was a pinched gas line for my bbq, which Frank had repaired immediately after the job was completed.   My wife was impressed that they salvaged the deck boards and reused them for roof joists on another project, and salvaged the old bricks from an underlying brick patio and provided them to another who needed a patio but could not afford bricks. 
•       The pier jacking involved driving 12 heavy steel pipes down to the solid subground (not down to bedrock) using a hydraulic press, then using those same presses and hydraulic rams to lift the foundation of the home 1 1/2 inches when all of the pipes were in place.  They then bolted and welded the pipes to the lifting flanges, making the lift permanent, and cut off the excess pipe.  The team brought in a Bobcat front loader to backfill the excavation after putting a waterproof sealant on the outside of the exposed basement wall, again operating it with surgical precision.  
•       Through the entire process, Frank and his team communicated what they were doing, and met the schedule that they had proposed.   The site was left very clean, with all of the debris removed and the area of the lawn that was covered with excavated debris was scraped clean and ready for reseeding. 
•       Frank was very responsive to my questions throughout the process, and left me with no surprises.   I wholeheartedly recommend Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement for any foundation work needed.

Jamison Plumbing had installed the new HW tank several months before for the original home owner. Jason called the City of Liberty to determine the exact code requirements. He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

"I wasn't very pleased with the work done they are hard workers but didn't seem to do quality work the french drain wasn't deep enough now the gutter drains are exsposed the drains under the concrete walkway have a hump ware they put new concrete down .I looked in the crawl space after they were done it wasn't sealed off very good the moisture can still come that makes the dehumidifier work harder"
