Easy to schedule, called me with an earlier time that opened up, and the guy who came out was great! Showed me what he found with my chimney and fireplace and also walked me through all the things I needed to know about my fireplace and using it. Will be using them again for future cleanings

The crews appeared when scheduled and worked efficiently and fast. I believe the work they did relining and capping my chimney was top rate. The crew leader explained everything they were doing and the crew that came to finish the job (remove molds) was timely and fast. They're not cheap but I believe that if you want it done right the first time, it's going to cost.

Chimney Sweeps Of America converted our coal fire place to gas unit and capped our chimney a year ago. Everything looks great, works great, and has the proper permits. They were able to fit the unit into the pre-existing mantle (top, sides, and front), and it looks like it was all built together. I was concerned we’d need to hire a carpenter to make everything look good and that was not the case. The installation was quick (I believe it only took one day), and they were very responsive/ easy to coordinate with. They’re fairly priced given their reputation. The cheaper options we found when doing our research were unlicensed individuals or very new companies with no track record. With a significant project, we wanted confidence that it would be done correctly, and we were very pleased with Chimney Sweeps. Also, they put us on their recurring schedule for periodic cleanings and inspections, which are priced fairly, and now we don’t need to worry about remembering/ finding somebody to complete that service. I would recommend Chimney Sweeps without hesitation.

Everything went well from scheduling to arrival to getting nape toon, cleaning, testing, and diagnosing and issue (which was resolved by the cleaning). My gas fireplaces start faster and burn with better looking flames. The crew was neat, polite, attentive to my concerns, and effective… everything a customer expects!

I had gotten a bid from another chimney repair service prior to reaching out to Chimney Repair of America; since the former failed to respond, I was happy to have this professional company do the work instead. Their estimate was lower and accurate, their staff was remarkably professional, responsive, efficient, tidy while providing high quality service and workmanship. I was so pleased to now have a solid chimney and cap and the new efficient fireplace with ceramic insert, fireglass, blower, and surround is aesthetically pleasing and I am using it as I write. I am so glad I found Chimney Sweeps of America and highly recommend them!
