"They were terrific. They were great. They had offered to replace some carpeting and I don’t normally replace carpeting in rental unit and I usually go back with a more durable type of flooring if it’s not cleaned well or if it’s too stained and they had given me an estimate for another product but they were prompt in communications and did exactly what they said they were going to do and at this time, we just went with the cleaning and they did the best they could with the stains. They were very responsive to questions and very flexible to work with me and getting it done right."

Leaving pee on a mattress for an extended period of time will make it harder to remove the moisture, increase the likelihood of unappealing stains forming, and make the urine odor linger for a longer time. Ideally, you should start cleaning a urine-soaked mattress immediately. You can start by spraying a 1:1 solution of white distilled vinegar and water over the stain and then blotting it out.
