He spent a lot of time taking measurements and doing sketches of current items in place. He left he stated he would provide a detailed estimate in the next week. On April 17, 2017, we received 3 emails. The first was list of items (less than 42 words) of what they would do for $14, 875. The second email was a list of prices by Category of Granite and silestone counter tops, and thirdly a picture of a 42" under mount sink, no price or other dimensions. This did not constitute a detailed bid in my mind. It left me wondering what we would be getting for $20,000.00, it did not indicate how long it would take. There were no drawings or anything to indicate what would be done."
