"Kevin Sulin showed up on time to measure and provide options for our kitchen refacing. During the time he was there he brought out samples for doors and counter tops. He spent a lot of time taking measurements and doing sketches of current items in place. He left he stated he would provide a detailed estimate in the next week. On April 17, 2017, we received 3 emails. The first was list of items (less than 42 words) of what they would do for $14, 875. The second email was a list of prices by Category of Granite and silestone counter tops, and thirdly a picture of a 42" under mount sink, no price or other dimensions. This did not constitute a detailed bid in my mind. It left me wondering what we would be getting for $20,000.00, it did not indicate how long it would take. There were no drawings or anything to indicate what would be done."

"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."
