"Do not believe the 100% 30-day Satisfactory Guarantee stated on Jeff Computer's website. After paying a $150 diagnostic fee upon drop off, I was then contacted that I would need to pay an additional $150 service fee. Initially, I was told it was take 2-3 days to fix, but it actually took 2 weeks. One week and 2 weeks after being "fixed", I began to experience the same issue with my touchpad and then the touchpad stopped working all together. I brought it back in and was told it was actually the touchpad hardwire that was broken, not what they had previously fixed. They told me I would need to pay an additional $80 for the touchpad part. Upon doing my own research, I found out the part actually cost no more than $30, $45 with shipping. After speaking on the phone with Ricky, I stated I shouldn't have to pay for anymore services, as my original $150 service fee was not fulfilled. Ricky refused to use the $150 that I had originally paid to fix my touchpad, even though the problem never really was fixed. The website states "100%, 30-day satisfactory guarantee," but after 1 week and 2 days my computer touchpad was broken again. Ricky then told me he was not going to put up with me and refused to do any further service on my computer and told me to pick up my computer.
