This review is way overdue, lost my saved draft....and Angie's List keeps asking me to finish my review!.....anyway, I as so glad I found Knightwatch Security. They were the only Securtity company that actually returned my phone call which won my business. I needed my 30 year old house rewired with CAT cabling. George and his brother were very informative, not pushy, very helpful and fairly priced from start to finish. These two basically wired my home throughout for computer, internet, TV etc....they went above and beyond to get all the wires installed that I needed. They spent 4 days at my house and were very thorough from start to finished. To make things go more smoothly, the ATT U-verse technician came out while the brothers were here and all 3 consulted with one another to get everything I needed wired and wired correctly!!!! I was ecstatic about that too. If you need any kind of wiring done to your house, call these men, they have decades of experience and know what they are talking about . I will definitely used them again for all of my security/wiring needs. Don't look for anymore businesses on Angie's List, these are the guys you want. Give them a call you won't go wrong!!!!

Knightwatch Security Systems provided a free estimate for the work performed. There were no hidden charges in the estimate. They were very straightforward in the process, base price is y and includes the following components (at the time, I believe it was: alarm panel, keypad, two motion detectors, and two door sensors). If you would like to add a wireless smoke detector, it will cost you x. If you would like to add an additional motion sensor, it will cost you z. The job came in exactly as priced with no surprises. Due to the rounded shape of our front door, it required a different type of sensor which was installed at no additional cost to me. The technicians were very prompt, arriving at the scheduled date and time. They were very courteous and clean. The testing of the system was very thorough as was our training on the system. The entire system was installed and set up within two business days. Monitoring of the system began less than a week later (the delay due to the municipality's permit process not Knightwatch).All follow up phone calls for questions and changes we have made to the system have been handled in a very timely fashion. After the initial installation, we began a renovation project on our house that required additional equipment to be installed. While installing the equipment, the technician double checked our other wire runs for the alarm system, as several other contractors (including an electrician) had been working in the area. After noticing that some of his wires were tampered with, he checked the wires to make sure they were still functional and reattached them as done originally at no additional cost to us.

I had a hard time finding a licensed company to install a Security Camera System and Alarm System in my home. I also needed
Computer Network wiring, Cable TV and HDMI/Home Theater wiring run. The designer was prompt in every way from emails to meetings at the property. Their installers were on time and worked well with my builder. The work was professional and done to specifications. I didn't have to worry because they had background checks on their installers because they were licensed.
