VERIZON WIRELESS

My experience with them was excellent. The phone has all the features and services that I need. The sales lady actually drove to another Verizon store to get the phone model that I wanted while I did some other shopping.

They have good service over the phone and Internet. My experience with them has been excellent. I get reception wherever I go. I have a good phone with many features. The most important thing is that they have good quality, no dropped calls for example.

The staff is underwhelming and seemingly uninterested in helping. Once they deign to work with you, they up-sell and do not give a clear or consistent price for anything. After purchasing the phone, I was distressed to find it cheaper elsewhere (and the accessories half price). Verizon wireless itself has excellent service around town and places I travel EXCEPT in my house where I get almost no reception.

I WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY WITH PHONE RECEPTION. I WOULD LOSE CALLS IN MY HOUSE AND I WOULD HAVE TO GO OUTDOORS TO TAKE PHONE CALLS. THEY SAID IT WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE AND GAVE ME OPTIONS FOR REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT. THEY SAID I COULD UPGRADE MY PHONE AT NO COST TO ME. I THOUGHT THAT WAS REALLY NICE OF THEM. THEN WHEN THE RECEPTION CONTINUED TO BE POOR, I WENT IN TO THE STORE AND THEY THOUGHT THAT IT WAS AN UNUSUAL SITUATION. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. WHEN I STILL CONTINUED TO HAVE TROUBLE, I CONTACTED THE CENTRAL OFFICE AGAIN, THEY DENIED THE ORIGINAL OFFER FOR THE UPGRADE AND REFUSED TO HELP ME. THEY TOLD ME ONE THING AND LIED ABOUT IT. THE STORE WAS GOOD, BUT THE CENTRAL OFFICE WAS THE PROBLEM. AT THE END OF MY CONTRACT I WILL BE SWITCHING PROVIDERS.

PROMPT, ATTENTIVE, AND PROFESSIONAL. DIDN'T TRY HARD TO SELL MORE THAN I WANTED. GOOD SERVICE AND GOOD PRODUCT. EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS BASED ON PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPETITOR.

I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT HELPING WITH ANY PROBLEMS AND WE DID HAVE A FEW, DUE TO THE FACT, WE REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND ALL THE NEW CONVENIENCES ON THE PHONE.

ALTHOUGH IT IS FRUSTRATING TO LOSE SERVICE, THEY ARE HELPFUL TO REPAIR ANYTIME AND FIX THE PROBLEM.
