JERRY'S CUSTOM UPHOLSTERY

I selected Jerry's Custom Upholstery because of its proximity to Anatol's Fabric Outlet in Webster Groves. At the East Kirkham Road location, Mr. Garrett operates a store-front business, where someone takes the order and deposits. Prior to the delivery of the finished work, I HAD NO FACE-TO-FACE interaction with Mr. Garrett. I had to rely on the ability of the woman at the store-front location, and phone conversations with Mr. Garrett, to explain what I wanted to have done. In spite of what I thought were clear instructions, the upholstering was done incorrectly. The lesson I learned from this experience is that it is essential to talk in-person with the individual doing the work.
