"The installers were courteous and professional. The only problem is one of the windows was delivered defective. The company quickly promised to repair it but so far has not even scheduled a repair. I don't mind if its weeks/months out, but I do want to be on the schedule. Otherwise it seems like once they had our money, they stopped caring."

"Very thankful to have had Chad work on my house as it needed several interior and exterior repairs before I could put it on the market. He worked really hard to get everything done timely and especially impressed with the deck repair that he did. In this case, I did not need a new deck and he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Other companies had quoted me a brand new deck, which was not necessary."

"Highly recommend this company for windows. Had all windows in the house replaced with good quality energy efficient windows at an unbeatable price. Install crew was fantastic, and customer service is best I have ever had, after getting some caulk on one of our new screens, they ordered a replacement for us without having to ask them to. We had a quote from another company for windows with same energy ratings and similar construction but they wanted 3x the money for the job. Don't look any further than NuSash for your replacement windows."

"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
