Also, the estimate was given several months in advance and was still honored once the project got going. They needed to come out twice to install the insulation because the siding took time to come off the house, but they were more than willing to work with the painter's schedule to make sure things got done in a timely fashion. Friendly folks who take time to answer questions and did excellent work getting the house insulated and now operating efficiently."

A couple of them began dismantling the old furnace in the basement of the house, sweeping the floor and preparing the site for the new one, while a couple others did the same with the old AC unit outside in the backyard. He gave me a fair price quote, voiced no objections about messin gup his schedule or anything, and promptly went to obtain a water heater while his workers continued with their tasks. Everything was done in a matter of a few hours and the house was cleaned up better when they left than it was before they came!  I will call Bob for each of the next houses I plan to buy and rehab, knowing that he will do just as good a job on each one as he would on his own home or my own.
