Also, the estimate was given several months in advance and was still honored once the project got going. They needed to come out twice to install the insulation because the siding took time to come off the house, but they were more than willing to work with the painter's schedule to make sure things got done in a timely fashion. Friendly folks who take time to answer questions and did excellent work getting the house insulated and now operating efficiently."

They talked a lot about what they could do and the different things they could do. We told them what we liked and they priced it out. They had financing available. They installed it one way and said we might have an issue with it. We did have an issue and we called them and they were right back to fix it. They rerouted some of the incoming air. We are still using them to service it."

"He's a really friendly guy, very responsive to my calls, schedules me in partly because we've had a working relationship for like six years. He's done work at the house that I live in. He replaced a furnace there and the air conditioner. The day before the warranty of the air conditioner that he had installed ran out, he installed a new one and it didn't work either. He went to the local manufacturer's distribution and got a third one and it didn't work either so he went and got me a brand new upgraded unit and a discount for all the inconvenience. He's a good guy and I have no complaints whatsoever. Sometimes, some of the worker bees that he sends when he is on a job and somebody has to come and check something, they come right away but they are not necessarily as diligent as he is."

The light fixture needed a box but he managed to run a wire through the dry wall to install without using a box.  He spent about 30 minutes to replace the two electrical boxes which had worn out.
