They worked all day, not even taking a lunch break The walk in tub required the removal and replacement of door frame and part of door cripplers to make it wide enough for the new tub. They did a lot of the field fabrication in my garage and they left the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. "lst off the guys broke the sprayer on the end of my hose when they were mixing concrete I guess. It was old, but they did not mention the breakage. The work that was accomplished look good! If it keeps the water out of the basement, then they are rated at a 5. Have to wait and see. It is truly hard to evaluate the job except on appearance. They just finished the job a couple of hours ago."
