He replied to my request for service promptly, scheduled me at a time convenient for my schedule, came in and assessed the problem, and gave me a fair and accurate estimate of time and cost before setting to work. I had accidentally slipped and put my back through a wall, and it was a sizable patch, but Greg set to work and had it repaired well within his estimate, had everything cleaned up, and was on his way with a good looking patch done and sanded and ready for painting. "The people were respectful and nice, but some mistakes were made in the initial bidding, and some of the work early on caused more costly repairs to be needed. I had to have workers and sales representative come back out on a different day to complete the job. I also had to agree to loosing some warranties and guarantees of work holding up over time and/or fixing the initial leak issue unless I agreed to pay double the planned costs to complete the project.properly. The solution recommended to us seems to he helping so far, but isn't very asthectucaly pleasing on the our front porch of our home. Also workers posted out a trip hazard on out sidewalk due to land settlement and I even mentioned it to our sales representative. Surprisingly he didn't offer fixing it or selling me options for fixing it. I found this very odd since it's one.of their companies biggest selling/marketing campaigns?"
