"The installation technicians did an amazing job. I had them replace my toilet with one that was very difficult to install. It sat close to the wall with two inches available to insert your arm and reach in to install / tighten the bolt. I have no idea how the technician contorted his arm to install the bolts. The two technicians were very polite and professional. The communicated their arrival time and explained what they needed to achieve the impossible task. I would strongly recommend them and will be requesting their service in the future."

"Foolishly, I tried to install my new garbage disposal and I broke a pipe in the process. I tried calling four other companies before contacting Steve only to reach a voicemail and then be told that I couldn't be serviced for a couple of days. When I called Steve, he was there in 15 minutes. He was polite, efficient, and cost-effective. He even tried a few free tricks before we decided that a repair was absolutely necessary. "Mike and his team were awesome to work with. Mike accommodated my late schedules for site visits for installing a french-door in the basement. We initially went for a lower-cost option (just a window and a normal door). But after talking to Mike and looking at all the options, we decided to splurge and buy a french-door online and just have Mike install it (the cost was higher since the door cost more online). Mike was okay with it. On the day of the installation, I surprised Mike by asking him if he can possibly get the door from Lowes (my buddy's truck was not available). Mike and his crew handled my surprises with professionalism and grace. They got the door from Lowest and installed it. Then I realized that I also had forgotten to get a lock for the door. So someone from the crew had to go get a lock so they can lock the door before they leave. Mike was gracious and did not charge me for all the extra leg-work (I did pay for the lock). When I came home, there was this awesome door in the basement. What was a dark basement is now a well lite area that opens up to my backyard. I would definitely recommend Mike and his entire crew to anyone !"
