"It went very well.  The company called back with 24 hours to schedule an appointment and was able to come at a time that fit my schedule at the last minute.  The service tech was nice, on time and helpful.  He changed out the drain during the tub reglazing even though he was not required to do so.  Only recommendation would be to use their own trash bags vs. my bathroom trash bin as it left dust and film in it.  Other than that the experience was great."

"Excellent assessment of damage and restoration required. Prompt cost estimate, perfect time scheduled for completion of project, quality material recommendation.
