I hired Ron and Paul from Ultrasteam to apply their grout sealant to my Kitchen tile floor in October of 2018. Prepping for the grout sealant, they did an excellent job cleaning the floor and grout. The positive remarks stop there. They did apply the grout sealant which looked great initially....

Darryl (owner) did an amazing job. They were prompt for the estimate, answered all of my questions, gave me good advice and a fair quote. They were on time and cleaned up and the paint job looked amazing, not a single brush stroke. They patched problem areas and my walls and trim looked awesome.

Had to call them back three times to get work completed to satisfactory results. Had to clean-up paint chips, masking tape and nails from job.

As best as I can tell now, it is better. I'll have to clean out the chips and dirt to make sure

It was all done in about 2hr and 20 minutes.  There were two men doing the work.  Both men were very polite and friendly.  They had a large trailer that contained a very large container with their cleaning solution and there was a hose from the container to a nozzle that one of the workers...

The work was completed very quickly. I called the day I purchased the deal and was able to get the chip fixed that day. The service was excellent, I can barely see where the chip was. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who asks.
