"I had a gigantic oak tree split near its canopy during a major storm and it had fallen into my neighbors house. I sent then a job request around 1130pm. Allan had a guy on his way to my house at 630am and called me on his way out because I listed the work as "emergency". He wanted to make sure if it was severe that they could get the tree down safely. He arrived at 720am and we negotiated the kind of work I was looking for. After an assessment, we agreed on price and he had a crew of guys out within an hour. The crew worked fast and even helped some of my neighbors around the street clean up the storm debris from their yard. They cut it down, chipped everything they could, and ground the stump. They had a guy come back a few times to see if they needed any additional help or other equipment and also to ask me if I was satisfied with the work so far.
