He refinished my hardwood floors, replaced carpet with LVT, and retiled two rooms. Iâ m so happy with how everything turned out. "The owner came out to my house so he could prepare an estimate. He was personable, asked questions and seemed to understand our concerns. He provided an overview of what would be done and some contingencies that they would plan for. But then, I never got the promised bid/estimate. I've called three times asking for it. I've given up now."
