I had arch flooring doing a vinyl plank install throughout the main level of my home. John, Jamie, and the 2 installers were excellent. Quality of work was top notch and they went above and beyond. Very dependable and honest. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Installers did not leave big enough hole to re-install the toilet (needed a round hole - they left a semi-round hole that had been cut with a table saw and was too small) - promised they would return to fix problem; three weeks later and no-show. Room needed a transition at doorway - they left too small an opening to put one. Vinyl plank flooring needs a flat surface; salesman said they would level room 'as needed' - installers did no leveling of floor and as you walk on it, you can feel the uneven subfloor below. Several planks have chipped corners from being installed incorrectly. Stay away from this company.

We are very satisfied with Arch Flooring. They were fast, efficient, and friendly while checking everyday to make sure we were satisfied with the job. More important, they arrived when they said they would, completed the job as outlined in the bid, and our floors are beautiful.

Jamie and his team are very professional and responsive. Their craftsmanship is 2nd to none. The 110 year old pine floors look amazing. I would highly recommend Arch Flooring for refinishing existing hardwood floors.

This company is great! Jamie did a great job inspecting the house and turned a quote around within 24 hours, as he said he would. Mo was the lead guy on the project, and he is phenomenal! He was more than willing to show me some samples, and genuinely cared about his work and my satisfaction. They showed up on time every day, and communicated the progress. I highly recommend this company for your hardwood flooring needs!
