Definitely get written contract. Verbally I got estimate of 6-8 hours for lawn cleanup for set price. At completion of 8 hours job was only 1/2 completed. Although work performed was competently performed, to finish task would have doubled costs. Contractor was released from task.

David and Aaron treated this project as if they were creating it at their own home.
