"Absolutely wonderful people! Do the unexpected large snowfall, I was hoping they could come to dig us out. They were there promptly early the next morning, and not only clear the driveway, but did the sidewalk by hand and even salted next to the house. Certainly went above and beyond and made our life so much better! Also super nice people and look forward to doing more business with them during the summer after the snow!"

"Zanescapes will have all my landscaping projects from this day forward. Had rock work, shrubbery, pathway design and a small fence added to front. David and Aaron treated this project as if they were creating it at their own home. Arrived at appointed time, worked non-stop and when work was completed, had I not had any landscaping done, I would never have known they were there. Cleaned up entire work area. Yes, orchard grass is a perennial weed that will come back each spring. However, if you maintain a healthy, dense lawn in the spring, orchard grass will not have as much space to flourish. Remove signs of the weed early in the spring season whenever possible.

Fast-track your seeds to success by pre-soaking them for 24 hours in a shallow container filled with tap water. The water will penetrate the husk and moisten the embryos inside. After one day of soaking, sow the seeds in the soil. Never soak the seeds for more than one day (unless the specific variety calls for longer), as prolonged soaking could cause them to rot.

You can, like you can put too little down. Sowing too much grass seed can create competition between the seeds for resources (light, water, nutrients) and the seedlings could struggle to grow. When you sow too few, your lawn will come in thin. Your seed product has a recommended seeding rate, so use that as your guide.
