James said he would show up btwn 830 and 900 on an agreed upon date to perform an agreed upon job. As i didnt live there yet, I had to drive out there with my kids to be there for him....he didnt show up, didnt call. Trying to give him the benefit of the doubt I waited till 920 to call and ask if he was still coming, at which point he said he needed to take the day off if that was ok with me. I understand that stuff comes up, but if he needed to reschedule he should have called beforehand, not waited for me to have to track him down after he stood me up. I felt extremely disrespected, I dont care how good of a painter he is, if that's how he treats his customers he gets an F in my book just based on trust issues....I'll be looking elsewhere for painters.
