They were very prompt and showed up on time/on schedule. They were very upfront about costs and pricing and there were no last-minute price changes or hidden fees, which I appreciate. Work was done well and they ensured that everything worked before leaving the job site. The gentlemen working were very professional and understanding. I found All-American on Angie's List Thursday morning, and they were able to get to me that afternoon. The technician assessed the problem, went out to acquire the part, and repaired my fridge that after noon. My only problem is that I did not receive an itemized receipt, which I think is important. I would have liked to have known the cost of the part and the cost of labor. I am a stickler for that because I think women get taken advantage of, but I was working and my sister received him; so I didn't see the receipt until I returned home late evening.
