"I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."

"The 2-person team arrived on time. We agreed on what they would clean, and they did a thorough job. The only thing that disappointed me was a last-minute request that they be paid in cash. I was given a plausible reason, but that was known days before they arrived at me house. I would have appreciated a heads up so I didn't have to make an unplanned trip to a 40-minute round trip to an ATM that could provide the amount required."
