"I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."

When the work was complete, there was no evidence of soot anywhere! Once they completed the sweep, the sweep did a thorough inspection. A detailed inspection report with photos explaining damage that was found was emailed to us the next day."

They came and told me it would be $150 because it exited the roof of garage. I explained that I explained the situation when pricing the job on the phone and that they should have told me then. The lady taking my appointment and the gentleman I spoke to after were told of the vent exiting the the roof. Had to get the job done and took off work to be here for them and so I paid the additional fee they charged me at the last moment. If one does this kind of work professionally they should tell the customer ahead of time especially since they were told of the situation ahead of time."
