Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The contractor was very knowledgeable and able to repair and replace parts improperly installed. They also did the complete bathtub and shower installation. Both Travis and Tom took the time to explain the process and let me know of any issues and how to properly repair them. The communication was excellent and the quoted cost was appropriate. They made the entire process go smoothly even with unexpected issues or delays. "Incredible work. Completely remodeled kitchen, removed that horrible popcorn ceiling. Tore out all carpeting and replaced with stylish, durable hard flooring. Opened up and completely refurbished both bathrooms with open tiled shower concept. No more one piece tub/ shower inserts that belong in mobile homes. Mist important to me on this renovation was how they communicated each and every day, what they accomplished that and what they would do the next via a mobile app called Basecamp. Every afternoon, there would be a thorough cleanup. I am fussy about communication and cleanliness. They hit a home run on all of it. The finished product is a work of art. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. This work was completed a while back and they will still come out to fix any little problems that might pop up over time.
