Bath Fitter of St Louis

Travis was the installer. He was friendly and courteous. He explained all of the work he was going to do before he started. The finished product look great. He super nice to my 80 year old mother who sometimes got in his way while she was trying to watch what he was doing. He was also friendly to my two dogs. My whole Bath Fitter experience was great and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

The Bath Fitter tub is beautiful and durable. The installer was very professional and did great job on the installation. The salesman was very patient and helpful during the purchase. We are very happy with the entire experience.

We had bathfitter install a tub/walls in 2015. The experience was great. Fast forward to November 2022, while cleaning the tub I noticed a crack on the floor of the tub. I called bathfitters to find out if this was covered under the lifetime warranty. They had someone at my home within just a few hours! It was determined the person that installed it measured wrong, there was too much give and thats why it cracked. We set a time for the following week to have him come back to take the cracked one out, remeasure, bring a tub with him to see if it would fit, if not, they'd order the correct one. That would be 2 weeks. And they were ontime. Wanting to come out & install but I needed to reschedule twice. No fault of theirs that it took longer to get the new tub installed. I could not be happier. First install it always bothered me that there wasn't a trim piece along the bottom of the tub, just caulking. This installer said it didn't look right and added the trim. It looks amazing! This is by far the most professional company I've dealt with. Always friendly, never gave me a run around. I would not hesitate to recommend Bathfitters St Louis. And we plan on getting a grab bar added, and someday a walk in shower done. We will be calling Bathfitters to do the job.

Mike arrived at 8:40am and the plumber came around 11:00am to do his part, and the entire job was finished by 02:00pm. The job was to replace the vintage 1965 Right drain cement shower tub (as it was leaking), and add in an All Smooth White, Center Drain Shower Tub, with walls, a corner shower caddy and a Chrome Safety Arm Grip along with new Clear shower doors. We didn't feel we needed to replace the shower head or the water on/off fixture, so Bath-Fitters simply reinstalled. All was cleaned up like they were never there, and every one was totally great and quite accommodating. The only things that I did to prep was to move my car to the street, so Mike could use our garage for staging and setup, cover a bar area with plastic sheeting, as it was under the Shower and Drain area.... and that was it. It was a wonderful experience, as everyone put us at ease.

Bath tub looks great, fixtures are top quality and bath tub doors are great, Job comes with a guarantee. Ian was very professional, he did outstanding work. Overall is a Little expensive but worth it.

Went fine, other than the shower seat wasn't available during the initial installation, and would have to be installed later.

Gave them a "B" for overall because the first tub did not fit and we had to reschedule installation for a couple of weeks later. They did put a "rush" on the order and everything went well the second time. Thought they were a bit pricey, but better than reglazing.

Installer was on-time, professional and did a great job. The bath tub looks great, the fixtures are top quality Moen and comes with a lifetime guarantee.

They were very professional, they did great, timely work. They completed the work in 2 days and cleaned up after themselves and they were on time. The price was a little expensive but the convenience of it was worth it.

Very satisfied with the project. Everything works and looks great. Staff cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful and explaining use and maintenance.

Boy I am glad I did .. They sent 3 guys and finished an awesome job in 7 hours .. But as things happen .. The tubs drain leaked the very next day ....all over the basement walls .. I was mad but called rep on Sunday and he said they would handle it no problem .. Well Monday morning 8 am they were at door to fix it and they did .. They made a mistake and owned up to it .. And when finding their mistake they found a mistake ( a leak) my other plumber had made installing faucet .. They fixed the other plumbers mistake for free and apologized for the mistake they made .. I thought at first I paid too much ... now I do not .. Quality people and products cost more than cheaper ones period .. USE THIS COMPANY !!

The project went very well. The job was completed in half a day. The tub looks great! The company was very easy to work with in planning around other renovations that were going on in my bathroom. Their technical advisers were quite willing to confer with my main contractor.

I don't recall the exact price, but it was reasonable. The interaction went very well. It was a very positive experience. The quality was good.

The salesperson came out and helpedus pick out what we wanted and helped get the project financed very easy. the day of the install came and there was only one installer, he went over the specifics of the project, asked us questions and answered ours. He ws very professional and ws an absolute workhorse. I had come home from working all night and stayed up to supervise the install, I had every intention of not sleeping until 3-4 pm that day for work that evening, well the installer was go go go from the star and did not stop until the job was complete. He started at 8am and ws done and out of the house by 12 noon. I was shocked!!! It looked fabulos, he showed us the finished work, asnwered our questions and after cleaning up everything he left us with a new tub that did not leak, and look great.I actually look forward to showering daily w
ithout fear of water ruining our subfloors or leaking to the basement. I can't belive how great it looks and most important my wife is happy as well.

They were great. We had looked at surrounds that were available at local hardware stores and found out that just the materials to get something that wasn't flimsy and didn't have significant seams were going to cost nearly as much as having one installed by a professional.
I sent a message to Bath Fitters and a couple of other providers through Angie's List. They answered the message promptly and set up an appointment to look at what we needed done. They gave us an estimate and were able to install the next week. The installer arrived on time, was very professional, and the surround looks great - it's a single-and quot;seamlessand quot; piece around the wall, easy to clean and keep clean.
