"CW arrives on time and looks at the job needing to be done.  He quickly assesses what is needed and efficiently completes the work.  My husband noticed how professionally he conducts each session. 
The first time I called CW, I had a carpeting problem.  I had removed some carpeting and couldn't do the necessary clean up work.  He dealt with the problem immediately.  The second time I called CW, I needed a toilet to be fixed.  He replaced necessary parts, stopped it from free-flowing and making a terrible racket.  He also did some work with a window treatment and re-installed some shades which I had nearly destroyed carrying around in my car.  I thought the shades would have to be replaced--he fixed them with a minimal amount of fuss and saved me about $300.00.  The same day, he installed an outside cooktop vent.  The new one is such an improvement in quality and appearance.  I had been told an outside vent could not be replaced on a 38 year old home due to its size. My former handyman had fashioned an ugly tin cover to put over the old vent.  The result had been quite an eye sore! CW's most recent visit involved changing a lock and door knob which a former handyman had installed upside down!  CW also installed some traverse rods and drapes for me.  He was able to reuse three rods that I had assumed had to be replaced.  CW is very knowledgeable and experienced. He delivers quality work at a reasonable price."

"We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result.
