"Metro Maintenance was early to the job site and they sent me Chris who has a state plumbing license. He did the faucet repair quickly even though it was a difficult fix due to supply-line layout. He did an adequate job patching the drywall. It will still need a skilled hand to make it look like new but that was expected. He recommended one of his colleagues - John. I appreciated that Metro Maintenance let me supply materials. This saved me considerably on material charges and markups that I have to endure with some contractors.
